As Executive Assistant, Ellen is responsible for streamlining the CEO’s day-to-day communications. This includes schedule preparation, screening all phone calls and emails, and keeping track of projects and deadlines.

Ellen also handles event planning and management for both client and firm events, design and production of various promotional materials for the firm, and general administrative operations.

Before coming to The Rossman Group, Ellen was the assistant to the East Coast General Council for MCA Universal Pictures, worked at Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison, LLP in New York City as the assistant to the paralegal supervisor and at North Side Savings Bank on Long Island as the assistant to the auditor. In 1990, she moved to Michigan to work as the executive assistant to the president of Old Kent (now Fifth Third) bank.
